The person behind the work
My story
I started my career as a business analyst at Garanti Teknoloji in Istanbul, where I learned that most technology problems are actually people and process problems in disguise.
From there I moved into enterprise tech sales — spending over six years at Oracle across Prague and Central Europe, selling cloud, database, and infrastructure solutions to C-level executives. I consistently overachieved and earned recognition including Best in OnPrem & Cloud and Outstanding Performance awards.
After a stint launching Sangfor Technologies into the Turkish market from scratch — building the legal entity, office, team, and channel from zero — I moved back to Prague to build my own companies. I co-founded Buinsoft Technology and IT Sales as a Service, both of which now serve clients across 10+ countries.
My mission is simple: help businesses focus on what they do best while I take care of the technology and sales strategy that drives growth.
How I work
Unlike traditional IT service providers, I don't just sell products — I focus on delivering real, measurable value. Technology should serve your business objectives, not the other way around.
I work closely with CxO-level stakeholders, because the most impactful decisions happen at the top. Whether it's a market expansion, a data infrastructure overhaul, or a full sales cycle build-out, I get into the details and stay accountable for outcomes.
