Built the entire Turkish operation for Sangfor Technologies from scratch — legal entity, office, recruitment, channel, and go-to-market strategy. Hired and led a full sales, pre-sales, and engineering team.

Managed the largest and most strategic account at Türk Telekom International — a $50M annual budget. Doubled net profit through efficiency improvements and overachieved in both years.
